Bernie Has a point. Chances are you will be fine. Unless your planning an all out build you most likely will be fine. People have broken the NA half shafts and rear end's. When it comes to Full out NA builds and Nitrous builds you will be a lot harder on those parts as its instant power and less forgiving then a turbo build. A little lag from a turbo is a lot easier on a drive train then with a NA or Nitrous application. That's why in the honda scene they have axle upgrade's. Where say a 230whp NA or Nitrous built honda requires the same axles as a 450whp turbo car. When you launch with all the power at once its a big shock to the drive train and things can and sooner or later will go boom. If your planning a basic build say, intake, exhaust, 50-75 jetted kit you will be fine on a stock rear/half shaft chances are. When you start building for higher compression and or 150 jetted pro fogger or how most know it as (direct port) where 1 nitrous nozzel per cyld is spraying and doing a lot of head work for even more power then it might be a good time to upgrade those other parts to put the power down with out snapping. Last thing you would want to happen is to launch a car, snap a axle and head towards the wall or the other car that was staged next to you at the tree.
